During this course, you will learn about the importance of balancing your masculine and feminine energy. This can help prevent burnout, and overwhelm and help you manage your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and feel more balanced and empowered in your life.
Each week we will cover a different feminine energy - Mother Mary, Goddess Brigid, Goddess Isis, Mary Magdalene, Joan of Arc and Shekinah the Holy Spirit. You will receive an attunement to each one and learn how and why you should connect with them for increased well-being. We will begin every week with a nice relaxing meditation and there will be a manual provided containing all the techniques and content that I will teach.
This course is suitable for all females who have an interest in the divine feminine and spirituality - from beginners to the more experienced.


This includes 9 live hours online, a weekly manual with all the techniques, a certificate upon completion, access to the recordings for 12 weeks after the course and support from me throughout the 6 weeks.
