1. Payment & Refunds

• By enrolling in Sacred Success Academy, you agree to pay the full course fee as outlined at checkout.

• Payment can be made in full or via an agreed payment plan.

• All payments are non-refundable. Please consider your commitment carefully before enrolling.

2. Course Access

• You will receive access to live sessions, recordings, and course materials for the duration of the program.

• All course materials remain the intellectual property of Joanne Pasternak and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

3. Results Disclaimer

• Sacred Success Academy is designed to provide guidance, tools, and support for your spiritual business. However, results vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors. No specific outcomes or earnings are guaranteed.

4. Participation

• You are responsible for your own participation and engagement in the course.

• Live sessions will be recorded and shared with participants, but attending live will offer the best experience.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing

• This course is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for financial, legal, or medical advice.

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decision-making throughout the program.

• By joining, you agree to hold Joanne Pasternak harmless from any claims arising from your participation.
